Refund Policy: Once a customer digitally signs the rental agreement and the reservation is confirmed the customer will be charged for one nights stay. The customer will be billed for the remaining amount at the date of check in.

Policies & Conditions:
You must be 25 years old or older to reserve and stay a residence managed by Panama City Beach Rentals Direct.

Upon digitally signing your rental agreement and confirmation, your credit card will be charged an advanced deposit equal to the first nights room and tax. If you cancel anytime you would lose your deposit equal to the first nights room and tax.

We do not allow pets.

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless:

a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area and/or

b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:

Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
