Emerald Beach Resort and Spa provides has brought condominiums in Panama City Beach to the next level. They started out by creating a condominium where each and every unit is gulf front and has a spectacular beachfront view. They also made sure they would have plenty of room to spread out and relax along the emerald beaches.
Throughout every one, two and three-bedroom condominium, you will notice virtually wall to wall glass on the gulf side of your living area. Unlike most of the beach balcony sliding glass doors, Emerald Beach Resort has two separate sliding glass doors that slide away from each other opening the entire living area to the beach. Each of our rental units are hand picked to assure you that you will have a unit with quality furnishings, accessories, linens, and kitchen accessories.

Emerald Beach Resort provided amenities thinking of you. They started with a gorgeous beachfront pool area with tiki hut that serves ice cold drinks. This resort has the largest sky bridge that holds a sky bar. This is the perfect place to meet others and enjoy the view directly over Front Beach Road. A full service Starbucks® is onsite. They are currently in the process of building out a two restaurants (one gulf front), market area, fitness room, spa, convention center, and full service lobby / concierge area.
You will currently find that this resort community offers 260 condominiums in each of the two current towers. There are plans for Emerald Beach Resort and Spa to add two additional towers and several more pools in the next few years to complete the project.
